What's going on in Budburra class at Cherbourg State School ...

Budburra class members enjoy Indoor Play. We have a home corner, Mobilo, blocks, construction, craft, painting, books, puzzles, play dough and Lego. They can also play outdoors. They have obstacle courses, swings, hoops, trucks, sandpit, trampoline and skipping.

Prep children have developed group work skills in rotation activities. These include; sounds, handwriting, counting, and story writing. All of this work has been saved in portfolios for parents to keep. The children looked fantastic in their new Prep 2008 shirts when they danced, “I like to move it” at Awards Day.

Children learn to hold scissors, and manage hand eye coordination in Prep class through Indoor Play.
